Ms. Chambers-Feaster has 10 years experience providing business development services to minority-owned businesses. Her background includes working as a Small Business Advisor with the U.S. Peace Corps in Honduras, Central America. Other experience includes various sales and marketing positions.
Ms. Chambers-Feaster joined the National Center for American Indian Enterprise Development in 1999. In addition to administering the CA NABEC program, Ms. Chambers-Feaster assists clients with identifying contracting opportunities, marketing, obtaining financing, and applying for MBE certifications.
Ms. Chambers-Feaster possesses a B.S. degree in marketing, a M.B.A., and is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson.
Linda Harris

Ms. Harris has 10 years experience providing business development services to minority and women-owned businesses. Her background includes working as the Program Director for Pasadena Enterprise Center, a small-business incubator in Pasadena, California. During her tenure, Ms. Harris participated in the strategic planning, grant-writing, marketing, development, accounting and administration as well as serving as the facilities manager of the Center.
Ms. Harris joined the National Center for American Indian Enterprise Development in 2007. As a Management Consultant, Ms. Harris provides comprehensive business development services to CA NABEC clients.
Ms. Harris has completed a Certificate in Non-Profit Management from Cal State Hayward. She is a Certified Entrepreneur Teacher by the National Foundation for Teaching and Entrepreneurship. Recently, she completed training in Building a High-Performing Minority Business from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth University.
Shirleen Wakolee (Sac and Fox Nation)

Since 1991, Ms. Wakolee has been employed with the National Center for American Indian Enterprise Development. Ms. Wakolee provides administrative and technical support to the CA NABEC program. She possesses specialized experience in the utilization of Internet-based applications that are vital for the delivery of business development services to clients. Other experience includes resource development and event planning. |
